Millennia Housing Management, LTD. was established in 1995 to manage a newly acquired portfolio and to build an organization with the industry's most talented and experienced executives in both HUD subsidized and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing. Frank T. Sinito, its President and Founder, and his associates have positioned the company for growth opportunities in fee management and acquisitions in the affordable multi-family industry.
Collectively, Millennia Housing Management's executive team possesses over 100 years of experience in developing and managing Section 8 housing, LIHTC, Rural Development, and Market Rate properties. Millennia Housing Management currently operates 6,211 apartment units in the Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Kentucky and West Virginia areas.

MHM’s employees possess a vast amount of multi -family industry knowledge. We are poised and equipped to deal with any industry challenge. We understand that management is a profession, not a right or inheritance. We never stop learning. We believe, and accept the fact that our industry is always changing. We keep ourselves up to date and adapt to current multi-family housing trends.
The majority of our front line managers have vast experience in the apartment housing industry. Front line managers are trained in utilizing our state-of-the-art property management software. All of our field personnel attend training to constantly improve skills in the areas of leasing, marketing, management, and maintenance.
Many of our managers are accredited Certified Occupancy Specialists. Other key managers are certified in Senior Housing Specialist, Tax Credit Specialists, Rural Development Housing, and Certified Property Managers. Millennia Housing Management employees constantly attend professional seminars on Fair Housing Law, marketing, and on management and compliance for RD, LIHTC and HUD assisted properties.
Other key employees in our compliance department have extensive training and certifications in LIHTC and HUD regulations. Our well educated compliance department, allows us to ensure compliance through the process of internal audits.
Millennia’s top-notch accounting staff is also armed with state-of -the-art software for the maintenance of accounts receivable, payable, and financial records. Our accounting staff possess many years of experience directly related to RD, HUD subsidized and LIHTC portfolios.
