Positions are currently available at our headquarters in Valley View, Ohio and at our owned and managed communities throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia.

Current Career Opportunities:
Project Manager - Development (Cleveland Office)
Experienced Affordable Housing Real Estate Developer/Project Manager is immediately available.  The Project Manager will focus on the processes involved with the acquisition and the rehabilitation of existing apartment communities, primarily but not limited to affordable housing communities.  Bachelor's degree required and experience with FHA debt products and HUD market to market program is preferred.

Regional Manager - Huntington, WV Region
Experienced multi-family Affordable Housing Regional Manager to oversee the Southern Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky properties is currently available.
