Greg Bierbaum joined Millennia Companies in 2010 with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a background in theological studies and hands-on practice, a strategic combination of education and experience to serve as the Resident Advocacy Director for Millennia. In his current position, Greg develops and implements supportive service plans, monitors properties, develops relevant newsletters, serves as resident advocate, and investigates all resident complaints and issues. In his previous position as Lead Pastor for Willoughby Hills Friends Church, Greg was responsible for leading community outreach efforts, overseeing their annual budget of more than $2 million, and preparing weekly motivational sermons. In previous positions, Greg has developed advertising and marketing campaigns and directed fund raising and grant writing efforts. Greg has a BA in Pastoral Ministry and a BA in Business Administration from Barclay College, an MA in Divinity from Ashland Theological School, and a MBA from Franklin University.

Affordable Housing Finance announced its 11th annual 2014-2015 Readers Choice Awards Finalists.  We are proud to announce that the Lakewoods Apartment in Dayton is among the finalists in the Preservation category.  Developed by Millennia Housing Development, the Lakewoods is currently undergoing an extensive rennovation by American Preservation Builders

At the Kentucky Housing Conference, Brian Butz was award the Outstanding Performance: Property Maintenance award for his excellent work at Ashland Terrace
