Greg Bierbaum joined Millennia Companies in 2010 with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a background in theological studies and hands-on practice, a strategic combination of education and experience to serve as the Resident Advocacy Director for Millennia. In his current position, Greg develops and implements supportive service plans, monitors properties, develops relevant newsletters, serves as resident advocate, and investigates all resident complaints and issues. In his previous position as Lead Pastor for Willoughby Hills Friends Church, Greg was responsible for leading community outreach efforts, overseeing their annual budget of more than $2 million, and preparing weekly motivational sermons. In previous positions, Greg has developed advertising and marketing campaigns and directed fund raising and grant writing efforts. Greg has a BA in Pastoral Ministry and a BA in Business Administration from Barclay College, an MA in Divinity from Ashland Theological School, and a MBA from Franklin University.

We are pleased to announce that our Seneca Grove property has recently been approved as a Green Communities certified development by Enterprise Community Partners. Seneca Grove is Millennia’s second certified Green Communities project (it’s also our fifth OAHP Green Initiatives project). Thanks to American Preservation Builders, property management, Millennia Housing Development, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, PNC Bank, CreditVest, Dimit Architects, the City of Painesville and most importantly, the residents (who endured the noise and activity of this significant rehabilitation) for making this project a reality.
