At MHD, the real estate development professionals strive for the preservation and creation of affordable housing communities. This type of development is dependent upon a clear understanding of programs available at national, state and local levels.
Positions are currently available at our headquarters in Valley View, Ohio and at our owned and managed communities throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, West Virginia, Iowa, New York and Missouri.

Seneca Grove is Millennia’s second certified Green Communities project (it’s also our fifth OAHP Green Initiatives project).
