Current Job Opportunities

Maintenance Technician/East Cleveland, Ohio/Must be able to live on site
Qualified candidates will have hands on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and apartment prep. They must also possess customer service skills. Individuals must be trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines. Certified technicians are preferred. Position also requires some on call responsibilities. Must be able to live on site.  If you are a hard working individual that enjoys responsibility of maintaining your own building, then this position is for you. 

Part Time Custodian in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood
Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience in janitorial cleaning, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work with vendors, meet deadlines as assigned, willing to work on two properties and be a team player.  If you are a hard working individual that enjoys responsibility, then this position is for you.

Property Managers/Maintenance Personnel
Well-respected, multi-state affordable housing provider seeking professional managers and maintenance personnel for company-wide expansion.  Interested management candidates should be experienced in HUD, LIHTC and Rural Housing.  Certifications and designations a plus but not required.  Maintenance personnel should be experienced in HVAC, plumbing and basic carpentry.  Some travel and possible relocation.
