Kona Villa offers one and two bedroom apartments for seniors 62 and better or disabled. Our Senior building includes a lobby, community room, craft room, library and spacious laundry room. We also have one, two and three bedroom apartments that are available to all ages with up to 1001 square feet of living. Located in Owosso, Michigan this community boasts of beautifully landscaped grounds with an entertaining playground for the children.
